Restaurant midday and evening
Christine and Alain Bleton are delighted to welcome you to the charming wine village of Juliénas. They fell in love with the hotel several years ago but it wasn't until 2017 that they finally bought the “Chez La Rose” hotel and restaurant and made their dream of moving to the country come true. Now renamed “La Rose”, the hotel has restful and comfortable rooms that are a pleasure to relax in.
The Restaurant LA TABLE D'ALAIN BLETON and the Bistrot LA PETITE ROSE offer you menus made with local and seasonal products inspired by traditional and fine French cuisine. We invite you to sample the traditional and inventive cuisine of Chef Alain Bleton, whose delicate dishes will surprise and delight you. Christine and Alain Bleton, both professionals from the world of luxury hotels and restaurants, will do their very best to make your stay an unforgettable experience, all at a very reasonable price.
