Finding us
The La Rose hotel and restaurant is located in Juliénas in the Beaujolais region (69840) 15 mn from Mâcon, 35 mn from Villefranche-sur-Saône, 55 mn from Lyon.
By motorway A6: from the north, exit 29 (Mâcon-sud) and from the south, exit 30 (Belleville).
By train: close to SNCF railway stations Belleville sur Saône, Mâcon-ville and Mâcon-Loché (TGV).
By air: the closest airports are Lyon Saint-Exupéry and Geneva airports (Switzerland).
Welcome
Check-in: the arrivals start at 4.00 pm. The Reception is open from 7.30 am to 11.00 am and from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm. We thank you to let us know in case of arrival after 6.00 pm.
Check-out: we thank you for leaving your room before 11.00 am (we can of course keep your luggage on the day of your departure).
Weekly closing day excepted during summertime: Monday and Tuesday. Annual holiday: December-January-February.
Language spoken: French, English. Few notions of German and Italian.
We remain at your disposal for any further information. We will be very happy to answer your questions, share your wishes and advise you in your choice of visits and activities.

Reservation, payment and cancellation.
Only guaranteed reservations will be accepted. To make a reservation, we require for a credit card number. The total invoice must be paid at check-out. However, we do reserve the right to charge the first night if you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm, in the case of no-show or if you cancel your reservation less 72 hours before your arrival. Your reservation is guaranteed until 10.00 pm on the day of arrival. No arrival at night-time (the Reception is closed). Cancellation free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. After this period, 100% of the stay will be charged excepted if the room can be resold. If by mistake a room should not be available for a guest with a valid reservation, we will do our best to find a similar room as close as possible to the hotel. Special offers and promotions are only valid when the reservation is made online direct and not via other booking channels.
After opening hours – night time
In case of late return, please note that we do not have a night-concierge and that Reception is closed from 10.00 pm to 7.30 am. When you leave, remember to bring with you your room key and the night code for the main building. Please respect all hotel guests, therefore do not slam doors or make too much noise especially after 10.00 pm.

Our entire property is covered by a secure Wi-Fi network. Access is free and unlimited for residents. The password is regularly updated.
Children
A baby bed is available for free upon request. During reception hours, we can heat up meals for you. During the night, we can provide you with a bottle warmer. If needed, in our restaurants, we have a baby highchair and a baby changing mat near the main toilets.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Parking
You may leave your car in front of the hotel, it’s a free outdoor public car park. We decline any responsibility; we are not responsible in case of damage or theft to vehicles in parking. We recommend you that you don’t leave any valuables or money in your car.
Pool
For insurance reasons, our pool is reserved for our guests only and not for their visitors. The pool is open from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm. Towels are available at the reception. Please do not use your room towels at the pool. Showering is mandatory before entering the pool. Breakable plates and glasses are not allowed in the pool area. Taking food and/or drinks from outside the hotel to the pool is not allowed. As there is no lifeguard on duty, unaccompanied children are not allowed in the pool area. The Management declines all responsibility in case of an accident.
Payment methods
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) and cash in €uros. Payments by cheque are not accepted.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms
La Rose is a non-smoking property, even open windows and including the terrace during mealtimes (any infraction observed will be charged 400.00 €).
